Vernon BC Area Beaches - Beachcomber Boat Launch Beach

Description:
Public Access Beach between Located just southwest of the intersection of Beachcomber Bay Road and Tronson Road on Lake Okanagan BC. Most of the boat launches on Okanagan are posted non-swimming. There is an area, however, just southwest of the boat launch where you can jump in the water for a dip. The City of Vernon has a great plan to develop this area and downgrade the boat launch to only be used by small boats.

Improvement Plan:

This beach, on Okanangan lake is scheduled for re-development. The City of Vernon has a plan to redevelop by adding a path to improve access and safty. This is a good dog beach.

Roughly 7 kms.
