Vernon BC Area Beaches - Pebble Beach (Dog Beach)

Description:
A 1.5 km walk from the Jade Bay parking lot will get you to Pebble Beach near Rattlesnake Point. The beach is about 30 metres wide. The grade is fairly steep near the beach so the walk is not for frail persons. The beach is made up of small round stones and is quite lovely, especially in the morning. It is legal for dogs to be off leash on this beach and for the most part people are respectful with their dogs. There is poison ivy in the area so be careful. "Leaves of three stay away from me."
